October 2018:
We both love Family History and go to RootsTech every year! I was watching this promo video for a tri-stake class I was preparing to teach. I had just commented to Steve how much I liked the video when to my utter amazement and shock. . . we were in it. I was frozen in my seat on the couch. I called for Steve to come and look.
Thinking back on the day, I remembered how Steve could see the boom camera that was filming the audience coming toward us and how he had suddenly grabbed me for a quick dance. He’s such a character!

October 2019:
A year after finding us in the video, I was looking for some information on a class I had taken at RootsTech 2018, I found this photo that had been used by FamilySearch. It had been taken later the same day, with Reagan, Gavin, and Payton. They had joined us for Family Day. How in the world did we luck out twice?
RootsTech loves us as much as we love them!!!
